Traci Sitzmann is a Management Professor at UCD and recently won several awards for advancing gender equality (https://business.ucdenver.edu/about/our-people/traci-sitzmann). Traci is applying for funding from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to reframe the gender equality narrative from a women’s issue to an employers’ issue and from cost avoidance to economic advantage. The goal of the proposal is to incite progress toward gender equality by bringing together organizations to brainstorm and implement solutions for advancing gender equality.

Traci is inviting organizations to collaborate on the NSF proposal as organizational partners. Organizational partners will attend an annual gender equality conference (from 2024-2029, 1-day per year). The conference will bring together organizations and gender equality consultants to brainstorm solutions to gender inequality.
